I'm an 19 year old college kid who likes to draw my funny gay characters. At the time of writing, I'm studying programming.I don't know how to put the rest in a paragraph so I'll list it here.

Design

    Ouka's first drawing is a random doodle Spookaly made October 27 2022. The character was not meant to be anything at the time. Later on October 29, Ouka gained his pink pallette.

    Ouka would be drawn a few more times, becoming Spookaly's fursona, replacing Jovial.
    During a road trip in November, Spookaly made changes that made a few more changes, most notably the mint insides (ears, tongue etc). Alongside this change December 2023 was the first time Spookaly considered Ouka and Jovial having a relationship.

    The design would change a lot over the next few years. Notable points would be March 2023, when the eyes would start to usually have white sclera, rather than the usual dark sclera on either both or his left eye. Another would be in September of 2023 when he would be changed from a cat-fox to a fox-bobcat. This added the tufts to his ears along with longer cheek fluff.

Stories

    Ouka appears in (at the time of writing) two stories. Both are unpublished works.    The first one is background/lore for various Minecraft servers that Spookaly plays in. Synopsis: Ouka lies down on a hill under a tree. Jovial comes over, and briefly lays and cuddles with Ouka before having them walk back to the house they live in together. While Jovial checks on the food that's cooking outside the house, Ouka goes inside to grab some water. Before coming out, Ouka feels sick and falls a bit, before getting up and walking outside, but, finding himself in the Minecraft server, rather than with his Jovial.    The Second is one Spookaly wrote for a school project, and for fun. In this story, Ouka takes on a more shy personality and has social anxiety. Synopsis: Ouka and Jovial are on a date at a diner. The diner goes great, Jovial promises Ouka they'll work on Ouka's social anxiety. Whilst in the car back home, they get into a head-on collision, in which Ouka gets knocked out due to impact. Ouka wakes inside a hospital and learns that Jovial was sent to another hospital due to the other hospital having better staff, and equipment for Jovial's injuries. Ouka eventually makes his way out of the hospital, and with some help is reunited with Jovial.

    Jovial is Spookaly's past fursona, now a regular character.

Design

    Jovial's first drawing is hard to pin down, as Spookaly had drawn a few foxes which all could be argued to be Jovial or not. Here, I'm going by the first image in storage (The drawing was based off a minecraft skin, though I can't find the original Minecraft skin file). The first image is a pixel art image drawn June 5 2021. This image established Jovial initial design.

    Jovial's design was very simple, and during this time, was not the design Spookaly used to represent himself until around June 2021 when he switched from Advenir (old self insert OC) to Jovial.
    Jovial started as a character for Minecraft SMPs, first being the Tribune server by Bleached October and then soon the Integra SMP.
    A interesting note is that for one image July 26 2021, Jovial got his red side pattern, which would not reappear in his design until September.

    As stated above, it wasn't until September 18, 2021, when Jovial got his red spike fur pattern (alongside a red triangle on his forehead). It would also be around this time, when Jovial's full ear would be brown, unlike the other versions in which only half the ear would be brown. The design would generally stay the same for the next year, only hair being added and the red spike slowly being changed into just a hair strand and the one red line on the cheeks becoming two. Both changes happening in mid 2022.

    Around 2023 is when Spookaly switched from Jovial to Ouka as his main fursona. Due to this Jovial has since recently gotten little art. Since then Jovial's design as stayed rather consistent, the changes being Jovial getting a more defined jaw line, broader shoulder, and getting taller. Alongside that, becoming Ouka's boyfriend.
